Most Dangerous Road in the world – 45 Miles
Rainbows children’s hospice in Loughborough received the funds raised when the team took the 12,000 mile trip to Bolivia to complete a 45-mile trek along Road of Death where 200 people die each year after falling up to 2,000 feet into the Amazon jungle.
“Rainbows” are very grateful for the hard work put in by the Gravity Fund-raising team. Their fantastic contribution, over £100,000 for our new extension, is greatly appreciated by everybody at Rainbows Hospice for Children and Young People,” says a spokesperson for the centre.
